Get Involved
To sustain our organisation’s free programs, we have an ongoing need for financial sponsors, for people willing to act as mentors and business advisors, along with employers happy to hire our participants.
All HAFC Board members are volunteers, allowing all funds raised to go directly into our programs, to assist local people in need.
Become an HAFC Mentor or Volunteer
HAFC is looking for suitable volunteers with diverse experience to mentor our program participants in different aspects of business and employment.

Employ a HAFC Participant
Are you interested in helping a long term unemployed adult get their foot in the door of stable employment? Many of our participants just need someone to take a chance on them. Our HAFC mentors will facilitate this transition and liaise directly with your company. HAFC can also provide funding for relevant job-ready training that you may require of new staff. Our support services continue well after employment commences.

Donate
We welcome donations from organisations and individuals, and as a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient status, every donation to HAFC over $2 is tax deductible.

Become a Member
Join our organisation as a member for a $20 annual fee and receive regular updates and invitations to special events where you can meet our successful participants.
